Support needed

I got very aggravated tonight when I arrived home. A mf (B-40-DHJ) blocked my garage entrance. Again.

Three clear signs kindly ask everybody not to block the garage entrance. Yeah, neighbors noticed there’s no car parking in there ever. But now I am forced to leave my precious scooter outside in freezing temperatures. Because a mf was the typical Romanian egoist, who’d simply have his way and not give a shit about the consequences of his actions to his fellow countrymen.

Since the Romanian (community) police follows rhime and gives no shit about my problems either – incompetent bozos, I kindly ask every reader of this blog post to suggest possible actions I could take so as to “convince” all mf-ers whom I encounter to never park their cars again in the wrong way/place. Thanks in advance, your help is much appreciated.

Self-suggestion: I would like to cut loose some car brakes. Anyone has an idea how to do that on a Dacia Supernova?
